Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your order (regardless of shipping method) before it gets shipped. Orders are processed 5 days a week excluding Saturdays, Sundays and all major holidays.
To avoid delays, returned packages, and/or additional fees, please double check that there are no misspellings and that the correct street number, street name, unit numbers, city, state, zip code, are entered. Packages with incorrect addresses will be rejected by the courier and returned to sender.
Ludic Society is not responsible for the shipping cost associated with the returned package. Customer must pay the returned package shipping cost before Ludic Society can reship the order to the updated address.
If you choose to cancel or return the order, the returned package shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
Ludic Society is not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather.
